6. Strip practices a strict non-refundable and non-transferable policy. All products, services and packages once sold are not refundable for cash, transferable to another individual(s) or exchangeable for other products, services or courses.

7. All sale of promotional products; services; packages or vouchers is final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for other products, services or credits.

8. Expired gift voucher or promotional vouchers are strictly none extendable or exchangeable.

9. Customers consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of your telephone number and email address to contact you about the service and promotion that you have sign-up for via telephone, SMS or email. Such consent will supersede any prior choices made by you. Such consent will also prevail even if you are registered or subsequently register your contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry.

11. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, prevail.
